Meet the team
Rory and Elle Stewart are the local husband-and-wife team behind Colour My Pot. Elle supplies the big ideas (usually several at once) while Rory works out how to build them, fire them or gently ask where she plans to put them. After 27 years together, they’ve perfected a creative partnership powered by pottery, problem-solving, questionable amounts of caffeine and the occasional well-timed eye roll.

Hi, I’m Mary. I’m the shop dog and professional lounger. Most days you’ll find me snoozing in a sunny spot or quietly keeping you company while you paint.
I’m a rescued greyhound, I can run (just prefer not to), and I take my role seriously when it comes to reminding humans to slow down and breathe.
I don’t mind wobbly brushstrokes or big feelings — I think both are part of the process. If you need a moment of quiet encouragement, I’ll be right here, probably asleep, but definitely on duty.
